Subscription

To use Actually users need an active annual subscription. This enables project set up and access to basic information like carbon calculations. Actually subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly. Subscription prices are GST exclusive.

  • A project's building area range and address are locked after the first Project Payment.
  • A project's building area range can be upgraded by topping up the Project Payment fee.
  • Exceeding an area range threshold is activated by applying a space area change that increases a project's building area beyond the current range.
  • Cost, carbon and performance metrics are hidden and reporting disabled until the first Project Payment is made.
  • In cases where a project's area range is exceeded for any version of the project, reporting is disabled until the next Project Payment is made.
  • Subscribers on account and direct debit will see no loss of functionality, but will be notified when Project Payments are actioned.
  • Subscribers can nominate third parties (clients) to be invoiced for Project Payment fees directly.
